Brenda’s Fitness is here to help you commit to your Fall Fitness goals, guarantee your spot in the classes by registering for 8 or 16 session packages starting Oct 1-Nov 30. Spaces are limited See below for details.

Monday

Yoga Flow with Allyson
This class combines strength, breath, stretch and meditation for a blissful evening flow. This class is designed to accommodate each student in his/her pose through modification or the use of props. Whether a novice or seasoned yogi/yogini you will leave this class feeling the inherent balance, both recharged and relaxed.

Group Strength Training
A total body workout for all levels, strengthen and tone learning proper lifting form and technique

LifeStretch
A gentle flow of movements to help relieve stiffness
and reduce stress.
6:30 – 7:30 pm

Group Strength Training
A total body workout for all levels, strengthen and tone learning proper lifting form and technique
5:00 – 6:00 pm
